Weight Loss Ok, Ketones at 2.4 mmol/L which is good, slept very late hence probably why weight loss is just okay. Seems I will need to make great effort to tweak my current regime if I want to achieve better results. I need to eat more, and be more active otherwise I risk slowing metabolism.
