I'm good at logging what goes in "I thought" but got to be screwing up portions, got to be. Gaining 11# in 9 days with some serious outside yard work. One more day of over 3 hours a day cleaning up tree damage from the wind that hit 4 days ago. I get on the scale every day, very seldom do I miss. I knew I went up %#, but this morning jumping another 6#. Crips. Good thing is cut up some nice sized logs for myself and a neighbor for landscaping, making a rustic log outside couch type object.
Well, back to work huh. Tomorrow cutting up logs for next summers firepit.
