Currently losing a lot! ...... and loving it. Small breakfasts, fruit for lunch and meat and veg for dinner with very little carbs. ie last night a slab of rump steak, mushrooms and onions and a plate full of salad. great meal. even space for 2 small beers and a single segment of Terry's chocolate orange! If this keeps up I'll be flying again soon!
