No weight change today, Did some exercise last night, Ketones at 0.6mmol/L. I got excited about the low carb bread which in all aspects is great and extremely filling however it is processed and baked which is one to many processes fro me. I will try to stick to primary food sources, garden to pan, animal to pan. Feeling great.
