Worked extra hard to get scale to budge. Went to gym last night on top of Aqua and did HIIT 5 min ea Ellyptical, Cycle,Treadmill. My “official” weigh days are Saturday’s, since I met my goal of 80lbs in 12mos, I’m celebrating now. My treat, I think an actual haircut.. instead of me trimming it.. (forever). I have a fear of getting my haircut.

My hair is super slow to grow. Fact, women in our family turn 30, the hair on our legs no longer grow at all. Weird but true.
