That must be super frustrating, whatever is happening, I know for sure that you need to be kind and forgiving of yourself... you’ll get things back on track.

Be consistent and just ride it out. Sometimes my weight loss would stall for a week or more and then all of a sudden --woosh, I lose 5 pounds. Also I found that the more I move around the more I lose, even if your calories are low that day, it still pays off to get mobile.
