Slight Weight-Gain - Ketones sitting at 0.9mmol/L which means somewhere somehow what I ate yesterday was not the best mix of things which is what. I suspected that and that is why I changed my mix of foods last week. So will be using different protein powder and try to keep carbs to a low for next week and a half increase cardio and I should be good for the end of my 6 week challenge weigh in.
