Hi, you might be building muscle... And muscle weighs more than fat. Check to see if you are losing cm's! Best method :) All the best!

I have lost cm's but how do I lose kg's and cm's at the same time...I seem to be stuck at my 7kg loss:(

I'm not too sure about that myself, as I'm also finding that I'm currently losing cm's but not that many kg's... But it is not all about the kg's... its about a healthy lifestyle, so as long as you are losing cm's, I (personally) still think you are on the right track! P.S If you do find out how to lose cm's + kg's, please let me know :)

I will do that, I need to lose another 3 kgs by December and another 10 by may next year...then ill be happy:)
