Upped my calories to 1,900 and sticking to the 80/20 rule. Also upped my protein and carbs rich in fibre for gym so I can add more muscle weight and energy to keep up. My strength has improved tremendously. Managed a 16kg kettlebell for kettlebell swings on one round of 25 reps then moved back down to the 12kg. Sprinting up a steep hill with a 10kg medicine ball and managing 50 full range of motion pushups with elbows tucked in to target triceps. I have to break up the 50 to keep good form, but never in my life did I think I could get to this point. I’m so excited to see how much further I can take my body. Thursday I’m visiting family for 2 weeks. Will keep up an active rest but will take a break from counting macros and cals. Just going to keep listening to my body and feeding it as much of the healthy stuff as I want but manage portion control on the less healthier options. 🌻
