Last night I felt SO FAT. My legs & stomach were exploding with fatty fat. I'm close to "starting" so I can partially blame water retention, but only slightly. This morning I woke up and went to the gym, walked/ran/walked for 35 mintues. I'm going to make a committment to go to bed at 9pm every night, then wake up at 5:45am every morning to either w/run/w @ gym, or try the eliptical, or maybe a spinning class.
