Thanks @AI@, And Yes, I guess everyone’s going through the same thing, working from home with the COVID scare, it’s sorta like life vs. livelihood. Gained a lot of weight past couple months just staying home and not utilising the extra free time I had into doing something more productive. Instead was mostly just binge eating junk, gaming and Netflix. Finally decided to get back on my fitness routines, tracking my nutrition and hopefully start playing sports again soon as well. Still got a long way to go.

True man, it’s a slow grind. Tell me about it, especially with me being an endo somatotype and all, it takes a lot of time to see all the efforts put in manifest into actual visible results. But I’m grateful I can track all of this here on this app now being extra vigilant and patient with my nutrition & fitness levels. Not to mention the added motivation, encouragement and support I get from all y’all as well. 👍✅
