not been too good today but staying poitive. Had a starbucks and a good for you pasta from asda so not sure how many syns i have used for that. But it's fine, im allowed a few little treats arnt i!?

Have you tried SW before? Its so good - don't let anyone tell you any different - I lose 2st so easily the first time I did it and only put it back on because I let people comment on how big my portions were on it! Keep going! If you haven't tried them already muller vanilla with chocolate sprinkles are my new favourite sweet treat and totally free :D
