Sunday today! Good morning everyone! Another 200 grams of weight lost! I am so hoping this continues!
I am looking for some scrumptious almond flour recipes that don't contain cocoa/chocolate/baking powder/flaxmeal or granulated splenda LOL
Any ideas?
It's going to be another HOT day today, got the doors and windows open cooling the house down as much as possible before the air gets too hot. Was about 31C yesterday! With scary winds! But I felt no quakes - yay!

Oh and peanuts passed the test - yay! Great for when I am low on calories and need to eat more LOL Am thinking of trialling almond flour next if only I could think of a recipe that I can eat LOL
