After a long period of relaxed eating, a little exercise, and not much self-discipline, I am back to my very much loved FatSecret for help. :-) Keeping a food diary definitely keeps a "calorie watch", but does not help with exercise habits. I know that I can switch to the "accelerated wellness" mode, but it requires self-restriction and self-discipline which I always have had in a low supply. So I decided to start with the menu planning, adding a bit of meditation and Toshiki Fukutsudzi exercise I am going to create my own "super-comfort" wellness system of the things I love.
