I gained weight last week for no reason at all, so this week I just gave up and completely self sabotaged. I ruined both the goals that I reached 2 weeks ago. Now I'm trying to find the willpower to keep going on this diet if I've been yo-yoing back and forth for months. What's really the sense?

It does feel like that sometimes. You just have see it as a long marathon, you will get to the end, but you can't if you stop moving, so you have to keep going.

Oh lovely! We count a week. Our brains count in weeks. But our bodies must count in months. If you have counted EVERYTHINGand not cheated, then the result is NEXT WEEK. Honestly. Honestly. Or even a fortnight!! If you honestly truthfully full-knowingly have been really good caloriewise, it will show SOME TIME SOON... maybe not this week
