I have never hit 140 except when I was pregnant, so this was hard to digest. I hate to blame it on covid times and the cold weather but I’m stuck in the house all day. Lately, I’ve been feeling like a maid, having to cook 3x a day, clean, take care of a toddler and work from home, while the hubby does next to nothing. Those who don’t cook, don’t know that having to think of what to cook is also very stressful. When I order takeout, I ORDER TAKEOUT and I would just eat a lot. I’ve been doing this more often in the past few weeks. I know I shouldn’t be eating like that but it de-stresses me when I’m eating something delicious, especially something I don’t have to cook. I’ve always enjoyed eating and never had a bad relationship with food. I know what I need to do but I don’t at the same time. I’ve already told my hubby he needs to do more, but it’s like in one ear and out the other...
