Today marks 30 days doing locarb, following strictly, except for 1 day. I am really proud of this since I haven't managed to stay clean eating for 1 week in the last 5 years.


When I stepped on the scale January 12th. I weighed in at 233.8!!! Absolutely disgusted with my lack of control. It was easy to count the days of being migraine free, not the days I had them. I had to push myself through am chores. Then nap for 2 hours. I was to the point of becoming a slug making excuses not to do anything, not even going downstairs to my beloved craft room.

I talked with my husband, I told him I was going back to LCHF way of life. I would still make him all his goodies etc... the only thing please don't bring into the house was plain lays potato chips. He hasn't bless him." He can now safely" He has been amazingly supportive in all ways.
So 30 days in and physically I feel better, I think clearer, have more energy, prefer eating this way it is so much easier. Emotionally sugar mood swings are a moot point.

Do looking at next 30 days.
