Took me only 1.5 months
Start date- Jan 4-2021- 263 lbs
Feb 18-2021- 243 lbs
Calorie target-900 daily

Super excited

Moving on to next 20 lbs target # 2

Nice progress, but that calorie level is going to put your body into starvation mode. So just make note that when you stop dieting you’re body is going to store a lot of the upped calories for the next time you starve yourself.

I have also read that a very low caloric intake could slow down your metabolism in the long run. Hence, the importance of exercise, specially strength training, so you build muscle that will keep torching calories. Good job anyways for the tremendous amount of willpower this requires. This is just my humble opinion anyways. Good luck! 👍

Thank you so much for your support. I feel very energized by reading all your wishes, comments and suggestions how to approach. I just want to point out for some reason I am not starving at all. I compensate my hunger with fruit servings, oatmeal and it fills me up. Lol I am just not thinking at all about food. Very positive mental conditioning and focusing actively on exercising . Once I drop down to 200 then I will come back to normal regular calorie intake and focus on exercising. Wishing everyone allot of success. One word I can say. Where there is a will there is a way :)

It is good to set small goals instead of aiming for the main goal weight. I usually set 10 lbs goal weight at a time.
