I have not recorded my food intake and all not because I was doing badly but because I think I've got it now. I lost another pound of belly (I hope) as it is the only problem area I have as of now.
I am so happy to reach this, though in my country I am not really that thin as we have very small built and frame. But I am considered slim which is good. Just need to work on cardios to maintain this.
There are few days to go before the wedding. I'm so happy. :)
