Today, I weighed in at the exact same weight as last week. I'm not too angry at myself though, because I've had a real tough week mentally.
I'm actually surprised that I didn't gain weight!
Maybe next time something will shift, instead of me cataloging how I gained and lost the same one kilo for 6 months! 😄
