Looks like my on again off again relationship with food is still around... I am proud of what I have done so far but then I feel like one cheat meal.. then a little ice cream the next day and my numbers slowly go up.. I noticed this quicker this time which makes me happy!! I also think this app has helped a lot with accountability with weight and food tracking.
