Down 16.3lbs with 1.5" off my belly and hips each in exactly 4 weeks. Feel so much better just a few days in, but unfortunately it takes a little longer to start really seeing changes. I only weigh in on Mondays that way is see progress every time. Going to be back in shape by no later than the end of September.
