Couldn’t believe the scales, so got on 5 times and all said the same! Amazing result this week 😊😆 all I’m doing is walking at least 8ooo steps a day, eating around 177o/18oo calories daily, I do have two young children to occupy me plus I work 3 days a week on my feet.. I’m so chuffed I can enjoy my nachos and enchiladas later!! 🎉🎉 x x x
