The scale doesn't move but the tape measure does so it is working. I guess I can not expect for it to fall off overnight! It is so different from being on my feet for 12 hours a day last year to being on my butt for 6-8 a day now. Need to perhaps jump on the treadmill in the evenings and see if that helps. The great part of this morning is realizing that between chest, waist, hips and thighs there is 9" gone! I tend to really hold on to fat on my back....it is looking better! Make Today A Great Day!

Your doing great, keep it up. The treadmill certainly couldn't hurt at all, if you move you burn calories and you also shape up some. The bottom line is to just take care of yourself with eating properly and moving your body, the rest will take care of itself.
