If there was an award for biggest day-to-day swings, you would be our big winner. I have no idea how you do it, but you always seem to come out ahead on the downside. Anyway, keep doing that thing you do. Congrats. on the drop.

Y'all make me proud! Thank you. I'll let you in on a secret, Les. My biggest swings come after my amigo Jose pays a visit. Jose Cuervo. I think I get dehydrated the morning after, because my weight drops, a couple pounds sometimes. Whoosh! 💦 Then the next morning, after I'm rehydrated, I usually bounce up, way up! So I limit Jose's visitations, because I see like 📈👀, that can't be good for me. So, there it is. Don't tell anybody. 😉 

Your secret is safe with me. Although, I'm seriously considering swapping the Girth Scotch diet for the huffman Cuervo approach based on your fantastic results.

Lonnie, you do an excellent job of maintaining, those small variations are meaningless. A little visit from Jose occasionally doesn't seem like that big a deal to me.
