Thanks Nutricali and Cee! Cee, I’m under my first target, which is the lowest weight I got to in my yoyoings of 2013/2014 and I’m really happy in my skin right now. I’m still 5kg off a healthy BMI though, and that would be a great fighting weight for me, but it’s 17 years since I was there, (in my early 30s!) and it might be too much, so I’m going to play it by ear from here...
