I am down 9 pounds. Walking. And not starving yourself is the only way I know how. I used to be on weight watchers and I am used to this style app. I love being able to look up all the food. I haven't drank soda in about 9 months, so I do want have to worry about that. Hoping my weight loss goes this succethe entire ride!! I try and stay active as much as possible. Although there are days my anxiety gets the better of me.
