I think lower calories and just a few more steps everyday is doing it - so easy!!!🌸
Plus, I had planned on eating bad yesterday which didn’t happen.
Will be pretty good today as I am working which keeps me too busy to snack, although I am stopping at the donut place for lotto tickets.🙃Which reminds me of why the other doughnut maker retired. He was tired of the hole business! 🍩

nice job shrewdness. I heard someone say the hole is the least calorie dense part of the donut but you have to eat your way there.

I luv doughnut holes!!! We have a drive-through doughnut joint. Makes it easier for handicapped ppl and ppl in a hurry. The have breakfast sanwiches too. They also have doughnut holes of every flavor; glazed, chocolate, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, powdered sugar, cinnamon, cake, frosted....Be careful w/those doughnuts. I always thought the holes had no calories bc there's nothing there. Who knew they'd be so popular. I haven't had a doughnut nor doughnut-hole for about 1/2 a year now. Eat one for me. My faves used to be: Apple-Fritters, Bear Claws, & Cinnamon rolls. My hubby likes the jelly-filled. He pays extra for more raspberry filling. :-P
