Shrewdness, Do you go fishing with him? We live on the river and take the boat out almost every day in the summer, not to mention ice fishing in the winter (having an ice house, portable heather, snow boots, snow pants, hat and gloves plus hand and toe warmers help) I hate having to sit at work for 8 hours and then 2 day's a week after work I have class and sit for 4 more hours. I feel like the only work out I get is just sitting on my ass. Hopefully it is not so windy today and you can sneak in a walk around the block. Have a blessed weekend Shrewdness.  

Make sure you stretch and warm up. People have been known to get serious injuries by not preparing themselves before they wrestled. 

😆😆 I'd be sooo muscular if that wrestling burned significant fat calories!! Alas.... 

Hey,indulging in ribs isn't too terrible. Watch what sauce you have on them. Have a happy Easter weekend Shrewd!

Shrewd, your weight just keeps on dropping, you're doing a great job! I wrestle too, with my midnight urges to eat everything in sight, but I haven't found it to be very effective exercise. 😁 Is your husband a commercial fisherman? We used to fish in the Gulf of Mexico and often bought fresh shrimp right off the boat from the shrimpers out there. I love to fish, we had great times out on the water. 

Thank you so much Lindsaylue! We used to go fishing together all the time and even slept on the boat on overnight trips. Now, latter in life I had my horse and Al got into fishing competitions. So he fishes with his brother and they are very serious! They are in 7th place right now, so my my my it’s all work. It sounds like you have a blast and that you’re hooked as well. I could never ever ice fish or be in that cold of a climate. I chatter at 60°!😄 Have a wonderful Easter and stay warm!🌸

Thank you Shirfleur, am slowly getting there. Somehow I weaned myself off of nighttime eating.😊 We don’t commercial fish, but in the past have taken many boats all the time down into Mexico. I probably shouldn’t say anything about this, but years back you could trade some bear with other boats for undersized lobster. Oh my gosh, there’s nothing like it on earth!!!! So delicious!!!!! I am such a conservationists now - I was ignorant back then. Have a happy Easter Eve!🌸
