I am glad for this app. I have many times not counted every food/drink intake. Now I am able to see the calories, I am not on any specific diet and below 150 first time in 8 years.

It keeps me accountable to myself as I am the only one making the choices. Amazing how we can take care of ourselves if we only work at it and notice!

FS helped me understand food better as well. I realized that even though I thought I wasn't eating that much (visually), the energy value was high. Helped me make better choices to make weight management feel easier. I also realized that little bites here and there add up...over two weeks, I ate four small magnums by just sneaking a bite a couple of times a day. That's an extra 736 calories or more over two weeks that matter and that often go untracked.
