I ran the London Marathon back in 2016, I was overweight 10st something and during all of the training and the Marathon I lost a total of 4 pounds in 7 months, I even cut alcohol out 🤷♀️, lots of sites say runny gets you fit but is not good for weight loss, it took me to do it, to believe it 💋

I’m a club champion fell racer
(big myself up a bit)
Stay fit and train constantly.
but it still gets me when I can’t control my weight.
Dark art this weight/nutrition stuff.
Ps. Love a good bottle of red wine.
