Spent a quite day yesterday. Played in the kitchen for a while, made myself an awesome lunch, even though I considered skipping a meal (know that is bad). Blanched off some asparagus, made a caesar salad, whipped up an egg white omelet added the asparagus and a touch of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Plated and then added two slices of vine-ripened tomato for colour. Took a picture. This was all for me, as hubby went off to watch football. Did up our menu and shopping list for the week, so meal planning taken care of. Feeling more normal now, sugar cravings are now gone. It's a good thing, as Martha would say.
