Charlotte and I have been walking at lunch time in one of the local parks, usually about a mile at a brisk pace. I've been able to stay within my RDI of between 1500-1600 calories per day, usually drink about a half gallon of water and I'm feeling it. I feel more energetic, have more mental clarity and generally just feel better overall. I guess lowering my blood glucose levels and losing some weight is making a much bigger change in my general health and attitude than I ever thought possible. I am feeling more motivated each day, and the scale shows a 1.8 pound drop since last Thursday. Whoohoo!!!
