Well, day 10 of hovering at the same weight for no apparent reason other than possibly salt and water retention. I'm not going to allow this to discourage me, however. Just keeping on the path.

When on a path to losing 100 pounds, each and every pound is a struggle and a hard fought victory, so stalling for a week and a half can be a bummer.

Went to an Overeaters Anonymous meeting and was so happy to hear the struggles of the other there. What a wonderful support group. Highly recommended if you ever feel like you're the only one in the universe obsessed with food. Made a big difference for me.
