Good morning and Happy Tuesday FS!
Down a tad. Surprising but I’ll gladly take it.
So, I got in over 10,000 steps on Sunday and Monday. Not all at one time like I use to do but it’s a start. My pup, Lacy, 10 months old, loves to go on the walk with me, so I’ve been increasing the walk a little bit each day. My feet seem fine so far. I have tendinitis on the top of my left foot so I can’t walk as fast as I use to. Water exercise seems to be ok for these old feet so that’s a plus. One step at a time, one day at a time.

Thanks Shrew and Marie! Lacy is a Morkie, part Maltese and part Yorkie.
We weren’t going to get another dog after our 16 year old Maltese died in February of 2020. But, my hubby ran into a lady where we park our old utility trailer. Her dog just had a litter of five. He came home and said, you really need to look at those pups! Hence, Lacy...as I couldn’t just look but had to take one off her hands! And, hubby was the one that said no more dogs. She’s captured both of our hearts.
