Down, yeah me!
Got in over 10,000 steps again yesterday. Yeah ...almost whimped out but I pushed. Don’t think I’m up to doing them all at one time yet but plugging away. I remember a day when I would knock out over 30,000 steps. Maybe I will get there again but probably not in the Florida summer heat. But, it’s something to think about and plan.
