Ok so when I weighed in last week that must have been a farce. How frustrating. Eating good, exercising, drinking water, and NADA to show for it.

I totally understand what you mean. Do everything right and have no movement on the scale. Don't give up. Just think of everything else you are gaining. Healthier lifestyle, more energy, and you are setting a great example for your kids. Hang in there. Try taking your measurements and tracking them as well because exercising can put weight on you at first, but will show in the tape numbers getting lower. Don't forget you can always give your scale a good kick if it will make you feel better. LOL!
