This week I was strict with the portion control, stopped eating after 9pm till breakfast, and still no liquor, juice, or soda. Didn't excerise, but will reintroduce excerise next week. I'm not going to get excited (no jinx), just stick to my plan. Thank you to my new FS advisors who have given me encouragement and guidance.
