Been a bit of a stressful week. Haven't really had any time to get on here and log my food/exercise info. Thankfully I also keep a real(paper) food journal too, so I can at least put it all in and see how I did without having it all calculated for me. School started up last week and already I feel overwhelmed with classes, work, and keeping up with the house on top of trying to stay on track with my diet and workouts. But I know I will get through it I am determined not to quit and to reach all of my goals. So far I have accomplished New Years Goal #2 -- Loose 5 lbs by the end of January :) I am still doing ok with Goals #1 -- 30 days no soda-- and In my mind I have accomplished it and technically I really have accomplished it because I had already gone a week without soda when I made the goal, but hasn't been 30 days since I made the goal yet so I cant say its officially accomplished. Goal #3 is in the works -- Loose 10 lbs by end of Feb. That's 10 lbs from the original weight not 10 lbs more from goal #2. I am hopping that once I get a handle on school work and my body gets used to the more challenging workouts I have been doing that I will be able to spend more time working out and increase to maybe about -2 lbs a week. I am really happy with what I have lost so far but it would be nice to speed it up just a bit but at this point I am just happy I am not gaining and I am not sitting at the same place.
