So I am starting to wonder about the scale I am using. It has registered 214.8 for a week or so, the other day it hit 217 and this morning back to 214.8. I am surprised by the consistency of the number. Is that me or is there an issue with the scale. It hasn’t changed from that number in awhile except for that blip the other day.

Totally normal. 99.9% probability your scale is consistent day to day. Check a 7 day moving average of your daily scale weight for a data point with less noise. If your 7DMA is trending downward at the rate you desire, you're gtg. If not, adjust diet accordingly.

I would weigh in at the gym and was doing the average with that weight. I changed to the scale at home because I could weigh myself before eating and drinking anything, first thing in the morning. This was closer to the weight I’d get when doing a body scan as you have to do that fasting. But then i noticed the number never varied it was always 214.8. Same thing this morning, and then I tried to trick it. I stood on it, slowly putting my weight on it till standing with one foot. It read 213.6! Perhaps it’s time to buy a new one.
