I'm not sure about this weight. I've been stuck at 137.2 for weeks and then suddenly the scale said 135.6 this morning. I'd be more likely to believe it if I'd done anything to lose it. I guess I'm not eating as much as it seems like I am. A treat is a handful of baked potato chips. But I went out to eat with a friend a couple days ago to a buffet, and went to the desert counter twice! The second time after my friend helpfully (ha!) pointed out that the ice cream was fat free yogart. Still - the nuts, the chocolate cake drenched in fudge, the chocolate syrup, the side of cookie crumbles! Well, if the scale pops back up tomorrow, I guess I'll have to work very hard to get it down below 135.6, because I'm determined to not post an increase in weight - for psychological reasons - I don't want to give myself an excuse to give up.
