That was really yesterday's entry, did not save. But this morning I'm at 159. I'm really not sure what the deal has been. I was feeling under the weather but still worked out, still watch my diet. Maybe stress, one of my sons hurt his knee and may need surgery. Who knows, but I'm staying with it, staying encouraged, encouraging others as well. Take your burdens to the Lord and leave them there. Be blessed, whole and healthy.
