Day 29 - Another 0.3 Kg weight off my back and my original target of 7Kg for the first months effort is passed. I wish now that to simplify my metrics that I had started the diet on the first on June not 5th.

Yesterday was an easy no jogging exercise day comprising of a 5 Km walk and a bit of gardening totaled 18000 steps. I plan something similar today but the weather looks variable. Also yesterday for the first time smashed the 30g fibre barrier and managed 31.2 g of the stuff helped on mainly by my evening meal of a triple beaned chilli con carne. Tesco should be delivering me some rolled flaxseeds today and I am quite looking forward to trying those. Riley continues to bring in live mice he has a special meow he uses when bringing it so I have a second or twos notice to glove up - He drops them and I give chase with my gauntlets and throw them in the woods next door. I spotted one stealing food from his bowl last night! Overnight mouse traps in the kitchen didn't work (cat was shut out). So where that ones gone I don't know. Currently we have other pests in the shed by way of a wasp nest some spray is due today so I can stop having to do an Indiana Jones run to get the lawnmower.

I am genuinely surprised that it has all gone this well so I'm hoping for a very long diet "honeymoon" period and projecting my loses at my current rate forward 29 days to the end of July equals a further 6.5 Kg loss. I will be surprised if I manage that because using the std 7700 calories = 1Kg with a deficit of 1200 predicts a 4.5 Kg loss.
Anywhere close to either then I will be happy.
