Thanks Emeraldshamrock13! They made me grin every time I pick them up. Amazon of course..lol. They can each be between 2-5lbs, just unscrew the face and take out 1,2,or3 of the weights inside each end. Genius to only have to have 1 set as you tolerate more weight. I'm only at 2lb right now, but at least I use them! (lol...most days🤭😄🙃). Have a great weekend!
