Very strict to a T yesterday and made it to the gym. Slept good and feeling good about myself. Weighed after relieving myself this morning and I THINK it was 236.6 then had a glass of water for my thirst....then could NOT remember what I weighed (the decimal portion) so weighed again. After the glass of water 237....I will take it.
