Well, the first day since January 14th that I haven't lost any weight. It was a rough day yesterday. Someone stole my cellphone and that's my business lifeblood. It took me away from my routine since I had to actually drive and visit my clients since I have no other phone. The good news...I got a call from the market where it was taken from my basket and someone does have a conscious and returned it!! So I'm back on my routine and let's do it!!
The other good thing, there was no gain.
