I'll take it. Up 4/10 of a pound after a nice meal yesterday. I can see the end in sight... and then the maintenance followed by muscle bulk. Calipers are saying 10% bf. I'm not sure if I quite believe it. A few more days may get me where I want to go. :)

A few more days will get you to HALFWAY where you want to go of this two week commitment, if my math is correct, NM. Are you considering going a few pounds under your true goal weight so that if/when going back to eating whole food bounces your up a few pounds, it won't be a bummer?

I'm considering that, though it's more about appearance than weight. You know I'm searching for abs. I'm dang close too!

I too look forward to seeing some abs, lol. When I had more muscle mass, I had a metabolism to match. I want it BACK!!!
