Stayed the same, yet I’m being good.
My hubby is in a fishing tournament today, and I wanted to make great coffee for him to take in a thermos, so I cheated!! I made a pot of coffee and mixed in mocha frappe heated up from McDonalds.
Wasn’t that sweet at all and it tasted so good!!! 😋
In case anyone who wants to know a large mocha frappe from McDonald’s is 680 cal!!!!!🥺😩
It was so good, because for me it was not sweet, but I mixed in coffee. ☕️☕️☕️ I’m never going to buy one for myself, it is way too expensive in calories!!!!!!!!😢
The thing with people who are bad at counting calories..
..is that they have the figures to prove it.😁

Love those Mocha Frappe's from McDonalds! I went on a spurt years ago where I got one every day I picked the grands up from school (3-4 days a week). Haven't had one in years, just too expensive (calories)!!! Have a wonderful Caturday😻!

Never say never hun, there will be days of weaknesses & temptations... it tasted good, you enjoyed, a nice, tasty expensive calorie treat. You stayed the same, so you're still doing good... God bless

Oh my Catwmncat!!! I have found my treat, I loved it so much!!!
I like my coffee with only milk, I hate sweeteners of any kind! But, these were perfect, not too sweet and delicious!!! Will totally have to plan for it when I get one.😞🌺

Wifey, long ago when we went ocean fishing we kept and ate what we caught. I was good at fishing and sculpin was the best, I could take them off the hook without ever getting poked, which is supposed to be very painful. Rockfish, halibut, bass, all so delicious!!😋
In tournaments it is illegal to keep the fish, it is all catch and release. Now, all his fishing is practicing for tournaments and he always releases what he catches.
The California Fish Grill, is where we eat fish now. 😁🌸🌺

Thanks Becky!! 💕 There was a show on the food channel that was all about buying ready made food and making it better. I never watched it for I have been cheating for years, I am probably better than her.🙃 People always rave about my dishes, if they only knew.😁

Donnie I watered down the frappe with a lot of coffee. I know I still got a ton of calories in and I only had a cup, used it for the boy’s coffee. I do plan to get my own on a day I plan for it. 😋😋😋😋

Damablack, I wasn’t that good yesterday. I always treat myself to something when my hubby goes fishing. I wasn’t that bad either, thank goodness!🙃 Have a pleasant and peaceful day!👍🌼
