Considering I wasn’t as disciplined with myself this past week as I usually am, especially since I was off last Monday for the holiday & I was off this past Thursday and Friday, I’m still happy I was down. Even if it’s only a little bit, a loss is still a loss. I just have to be more disciplined and focused this week so I can keep moving closer towards my goal 💪🏻
