So before the new year I left for a trip in Australia, I had an amazing time. Was not able to stick with my diet but was very active. I did however break my foot while I was over there and since being back have had a very hard time sticking to my diet. I am looking forward to going to the doctors on Wednesday to find out if I can at least get off the crutches. I know that once I am off I will at least be back to cooking and food shopping for myself. I will still have to wait a bit longer till I can get back in the gym but I know I am headed in the right direction. Looking forward to being back on both feet soon and eating right.
